Step-by-step guidance for colleges, students, companies, and coordinators so every user can get started quickly and use the platform confidently.

For Colleges
College admin and placement team workflow
- 1. Access your college portal: Open your college subdomain, log in with the admin credentials, and land on the college dashboard.
- 2. Configure your structure: Add courses, branches, batches, and placement policies before onboarding students.
- 3. Import students: Create students manually or use the bulk upload option to add them at scale.
- 4. Manage companies: Add company records, send invites, and maintain company-side relationships from the company module.
- 5. Run placement drives: Create drives, define eligibility, assign coordinators, and monitor progress from applications to offers.
- 6. Track reports: Use Reports & Analytics for standard statistics, and open Advanced Reports if your plan includes premium analytics.
- 7. Handle support: If enabled on your plan, manage student support and company support tickets directly from the portal.

For Students
Student panel walkthrough
- 1. Log in to the student panel: Use your college student portal login link and sign in with your credentials.
- 2. Complete your profile: Update academic details, personal information, resume, and supporting profile information.
- 3. Browse drives: Visit the Drives page to view active placement opportunities and read eligibility details carefully.
- 4. Apply to eligible drives: Click Apply when you meet the criteria and the deadline is still open.
- 5. Track applications: Use the Applications section to follow statuses such as applied, shortlisted, selected, or rejected.
- 6. Respond to offers: Review your offers, accept or reject them, and follow any placement-policy restrictions from your college.
- 7. Raise support tickets: If student support is enabled, use the Support section whenever you need help.

For Companies
Company-side hiring workflow
- 1. Activate or log in: Use the invite or company login page shared by the college to access your panel.
- 2. Review your dashboard: Check current drives, application counts, and hiring activity for the college partnership.
- 3. Manage drives: Create or update drives, define rounds, publish drive details, and track candidate flow.
- 4. Evaluate applicants: Shortlist, reject, and manage round-wise progress from the drive management section.
- 5. Issue offers: Generate offers for selected candidates and monitor acceptance or rejection status.
- 6. Use analytics: Open company analytics to view drive performance, applicant movement, and outcomes.
- 7. Contact support: If company support is included, raise tickets directly from the company portal.

For Coordinators
Coordinator access and drive support flow
- 1. Log in through the coordinator portal: Use the coordinator login page for your college.
- 2. Open assigned drives: View the drives delegated to you by the college admin team.
- 3. Review candidates: Monitor student applications and current statuses under each assigned drive.
- 4. Support drive execution: Help coordinate schedules, communication, and candidate movement during the process.
- 5. Track outcomes: Follow shortlisted, selected, and rejected candidate progress for smoother drive handling.
